Fund with a company

As in France and other countries, it is possible to buy property in Israel through an Israeli company. However, the reasons for doing so may be different: the main advantage is the amount of debt you can take on, which can be as much as 70%, whereas the maximum debt limit for a foreign individual is 50%. There may also be a tax advantage in transferring profits from a foreign company to an Israeli company, so that you do not have to pay tax on profits in the country of departure immediately.

However, you will need to find out beforehand about taxation and the costs of setting up and managing the Israeli company, and interest rates are higher.

Another advantage is that the loan can be spread over a period of up to 20 years, or even longer in some cases. This allows for more flexible monthly repayments and makes it easier to repay the loan.
